Passenger Pick-Up's
Our coach will begin collecting passengers at Nelson Bus Station before making its way up the valley, stopping at all of our listed pick-up locations.
Travel to Porthcawl
After collecting all passengers throughout the borough, we will head to Porthcawl, with an estimated journey time of approximately 45 to 55 minutes.
Arrival at Porthcawl
We’re due to arrive in Porthcawl at around 3:00 pm, where we’ll drop you off at the Eastern Promenade bus stop, right opposite Beale’s Fish and Chip Shop. From there, we recommend heading straight to the fun at Coney Beach Amusement Park—right at the heart of the action!
Fireworks
The exact time and location of the fireworks have not yet been confirmed, but they are expected to be organised in cooperation with the Hi-Tide. It is therefore likely that the display will take place after dark, launched from the Lighthouse on the beach.
Departure Home
Our departure from Porthcawl will be 30 minutes after the fireworks have finished, once all passengers are aboard and ready to leave. We anticipate this will be around 9:30 pm, though the exact time may vary depending on the fireworks schedule organised by Coney Beach and the Hi-Tide.
Travel Home
The journey home will take around 45 to 55 minutes, following the reverse order of our pick-up points. This gives you a little time to relax, reflect on being part of history, and say your goodbyes to the much-loved Coney Beach Amusement Park.
Secure your place with a low deposit of just £5.00 per person at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due by 6th September 2025, 28 days before departure on 4th October 2025.
